With a modern 46,000 sq.ft. injection molding facility, Quality Plastics utilizes state-of-the art technologies to provide its customers with precision molded products. Our molding equipment, ranging in size from 28 to 400 tons, is capable of manufacturing plastic products to the most stringent of engineering specifications.  Having a team of qualified molding professionals with over 150 years of combined plastics experience, enable us to deliver an unprecedented level of quality molded products, made in over ninety different types of engineered thermoplastic materials, to our customers.

Molding parts in Acetal, Nylon, Acrylic, ABS, Polyesthers (PBT and PET), Polyurethane, Polycarbonate, PVC-flexible, TPE, PPO, PEI, PPS, PP, PS, HDPE and many others, are common daily occurrences for the experienced molding team at QPI.  Since many of the materials we use contain fillers, such as glass, mineral, carbon, and graphite, our injection molding presses are fitted with special abrasion/wear resistant CPM 9V screws and Xaloy X-802 tungsten carbide/nickel alloy composite barrels.  Our expertise in molding such a wide array of thermoplastics has enabled us to develop relationships with major material suppliers, such as SABIC Innovative Plastics, and DuPont. With such close ties to these major producers, we are able to source materials at very competitive prices and generate savings for our customers.
