Early involvement by our experienced team of molding and tooling engineers helps ensure that projects get off to the right start. New projects undergo a thorough review, carefully analyzing product design specifications and molding parameters. Manufacturing procedures are developed and quality control programs are formulated to ensure day in day out part consistency and superior quality.
- State-of-the-art equipment, delivering precision measurements, ensure our customers receive the most reliable and accurate dimensional layouts and PPAPs.
Our talented quality team, utilizes CMM technology and DMIS software to inspect and verify measurements of new products, as well as those in process. A complete metrology lab maintains all our inspection equipment in a temperature-controlled environment. Stringent calibration procedures ensure all gages and measuring tools are always production ready.
- Our customer driven quality system requires strict adherence to ISO procedures and complete control over all manufacturing processes.
On schedule, our quality inspectors verify product conformity to ensure that we meet every specification as detailed by customer product requirements. Using quality tools such as SPC, SQC, TQM, and ISO documented procedures, we monitor and control the entire production process to ensure that an uninterrupted flow of fine molded products stream from our plant, reaching our customers on time, every time.
